Fire Prevention Week

It's fire prevention week! These are some sites we are using to help us learn fire safety. You can find some really great games and information on these sites. Have fun and stay safe!

For a really cool lunch I made the kids edible fire engines. I put peanut butter on a graham cracker, used ritz crackers for wheels, sliced carrots for a ladder, golden graham for a window and half of a grape for a light. They thought it was awesome. This is NOT a usual lunch for them. It was almost the equivalent of getting lucky charms at "the greats" I think!

We're still alive up here by the way. I'm having computer woes again! My cord that charges my battery has stopped working so I have no power to my computer! Brad checked on getting me another one today after school and he found a universal cord for over 100 dollars. I said NO WAY we'll figure something else out. I'll be posting as often as I can but Brad has been taking his computer to school lately and therefore I have no access during the day. I AM COMPLETELY LOST WITHOUT MY INTERNET!! What a change. (a good one :) )
